Our Guest Services Staff are available to assist with your spa wish list, daily. To avoid disappointment, please book treatments as far in advance as possible. A major credit card is required to confirm services for 3 or more people. We will do everything possible to accommodate all groups big or small and we will always be sure we assist in booking the best spa appointment possible.
Upon arrival, you will have a complete consultation with your technician. This allows them to create a completely individualized appointment specific for you and for them to be aware of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment. The degree to which you disrobe depends on the treatment. Our therapists will always drape towels or sheets discreetly over areas of the body not involved in the treatment. If you have any questions concerning your treatments, our Guest Services staff will be pleased to guide you in your choices
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time if you have not been to the Spa Pure location before, this will ensure you receive your full service. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes in your spa service. If we do need to cut your service time due to late arrival full charge will still apply. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total treatment cost and will be billed to your credit card. Less than 12 hours notice for cancellations or no shows will be charged full cost of service.
For those special people in your life we suggest a Spa Pure Gift Certificate. You can purchase Gift Certificates in the Spa or on our website under the "SHOP" tab. Gift Cards purchased for a dollar amount do not expire.
When booking services for a Gift Appointment, Spa Pure Cancellations and No-Shows policies still apply.
At Spa Pure we are fully Wheelchair accessible, there is wheelchair access to the spa through the front main entrance and we have a Wheelchair friendly Bathroom.
